This instrument features a beautifully figured Avodire top and an equally impressive one-piece Honduran Mahogany body. It's near quarter-sawn and has a bit of a shimmery flash when moved in the light. All those pretty words amount to an incredibly light, warm sounding bass. Quarter-sawn Honduran Mahogany neck with a Purpleheart fretboard with Sheraton/Federal inspired Mother of Pearl inlay. There's more pearl in the matching Avodire headstock veneer. The back of the headstock is veneered too.
All that lovely wood is adorned with positively blingin' chromed Hipshot hardware. And finally there are two Nordstrand Dual-Coils controlled simply by ebony-knobbed CTS pots in a volume-volume-master tone configuration.
